About Kittyhawk Aerodrome

Welcome to Kittyhawk Aerodrome - a hidden gem of an airport located on the south coast of England, by the picturesque South Downs National Park, close to Glyndebourne, east of Lewes, northwest of Eastbourne and not far from Brighton. We welcome GA visitors far and wide, including helicopters, gyros and flex-wings.

We also accept international flights (CoA in place with UK Border Force).

We are open SR-SS. If you'd like to visit please check our circuit pattern first and then use our easy Auto-PPR form.

Part time A/G service: KITTYHAWK RADIO (118.265 Mhz) - please always make blind calls.

Went for a trial flight with Justin as our pilot, what a great experience and a superb pilot, everything made so clear and concise, if I were to decide to continue I wouldn’t hesitate in choosing Justin!

I have just completed my trial flight at Kittyhawk. All the stars aligned with both stunning weather, an amazing training aircraft, and an excellent instructor, Justin. The location is beautiful and the upgrades to the site are truly transformational. I could not recommend this enough. Thank you to the friendly staff who greeted me on my arrival.
